One of New Zealand’s leading pest control companies Flick Anticimex is pleased to announce it has completed a merger with the Enviropest Group, including Enviropest and Termguard. The merger will take immediate effect.
Enviropest provides residential pest control services with a strong focus on termites and timber pests, complementing Flick Anticimex’s comprehensive range of services including pest control, weed control and floor care. The merger enables Flick Anticimex to become a frontrunner in the Australian pest control market and expand its geographical footprint across the continent and facilitate significant synergy potential through cross-selling in the residential sector.
