We had the Tech Ricky Travers, who was very good. After the initial visit to our home, we decided some spots had been missed. So he came back and finished the job. The only issue we had was contacting office and getting them to respond. But other than that the server was very good.

Great technician! Really professional, helpful and capable. Checked all around the property. Asked all the right questions. We have a roof cavity that is very awkward to navigate and he got up there, checked all over, confirmed the type of animal, then laid bait stations to resolve the problem. He even made us aware of another issue he noticed in the roof, which we will get looked at. Great service! Can highly recommend.

This was the first time I have used Flick Pest Control and I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. Corey the Technician knew exactly what was going on at my place and did his job to a very high standard. Corey explained to me what was happening and what he was going to do, he had a lot of knowledge about his job. I have pets so Corey made sure to let me know by ringing me when he was done, what time I can enter the house and when my pets can enter. I have already told friends to make Flick there pest control as they won't be disappointed, so " come on people" start ringing Flick Pest Control, I promise you, you will stay with them, I have now thanks to Corey. What a well spoken man, very pleasant, it was as if I had known him for ages. Flick Pest Control will be the one I ring next time, and many more after that. Craig has been looking after pests on my property for about 10 years. He cleared out the ants that were throughout the roof space. I chose to have a yearly contract rather than a one-treatment because otherwise the ants would simply return, since they are in all the gardens around here.When that house was bulldozed and rebuilt (earthquake rebuild), I asked Craig to spray repellent on the frame timber and do what he could to stop the ants setting up home in the new house before we moved back. That seems to have worked. Now he continues to visit every few months, keeping up the ant treatments and putting out rodent bait. I am very happy with his service and have recommended him to my friends.
