Mark did such a good job he really knows a lot about pest problems, and how to permanently stop them. Very safe around the home. Highly recommend getting him to service your business premises. Turned up on time and didn't muck around had all the best equipment. look forward to getting them out next time we need them, we know the job will be done right the first time.

Excellent Service. Rick was knowledgable, helpful and very efficient and fast. I just wish I could have paid on the spot. A lot of the trades people I've dealt with have a small eftpos like machine that makes it easy to pay immediately. After all. It IS 2025. But, to reiterate, great service.

Called Flick as new house being invaded by the freedom fighters earwigs and the communist cockroaches at the the same time. Perhaps refreshed flower garden was the invitation. Flick quickly assembled a defender and Xenobia arrived today in Paraparaumu and set or defence for the season. Flick 10/10, Xenobia 10/10 great work guys. We had the Tech Ricky Travers, who was very good. After the initial visit to our home, we decided some spots had been missed. So he came back and finished the job. The only issue we had was contacting office and getting them to respond. But other than that the server was very good.

We have never used this service before and were impressed and delighted. Ricky Travers was extremely well informed, helpful and considerate. Highly recommended.

Great technician! Really professional, helpful and capable. Checked all around the property. Asked all the right questions. We have a roof cavity that is very awkward to navigate and he got up there, checked all over, confirmed the type of animal, then laid bait stations to resolve the problem. He even made us aware of another issue he noticed in the roof, which we will get looked at. Great service! Can highly recommend.

We’ve been using Flick for eight years and found it a long lasting and effective treatment for creepy crawlers and flying insects that find their way inside or onto the deck. It’s the second time Mal has sprayed our property and he’s such a nice polite guy who does a thorough job inside and out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Flick and Mal.
