Prompt and polite response to request for service. Excellent follow up with inspection and appointment for fumigation of carpet beetle. Technician Mansfield explained was helpful with his information before and after the job done, and the job was done very efficiently. Everything left very tidily.

Technicians are great. Ava Macharper is thorough and polite. Corporate model of flick is less than desired, they just ratchet up their prices annually without any extra benefit.

Excellent Service. Rick was knowledgable, helpful and very efficient and fast. I just wish I could have paid on the spot. A lot of the trades people I've dealt with have a small eftpos like machine that makes it easy to pay immediately. After all. It IS 2025. But, to reiterate, great service.

Called Flick as new house being invaded by the freedom fighters earwigs and the communist cockroaches at the the same time. Perhaps refreshed flower garden was the invitation. Flick quickly assembled a defender and Xenobia arrived today in Paraparaumu and set or defence for the season. Flick 10/10, Xenobia 10/10 great work guys. You did such good work on our any invasion in Miramar last year too. THANKS you guys can be trusted. See you next war

We had the Tech Ricky Travers, who was very good. After the initial visit to our home, we decided some spots had been missed. So he came back and finished the job. The only issue we had was contacting office and getting them to respond. But other than that the server was very good.

We have never used this service before and were impressed and delighted. Ricky Travers was extremely well informed, helpful and considerate. Highly recommended.

Great technician! Really professional, helpful and capable. Checked all around the property. Asked all the right questions. We have a roof cavity that is very awkward to navigate and he got up there, checked all over, confirmed the type of animal, then laid bait stations to resolve the problem. He even made us aware of another issue he noticed in the roof, which we will get looked at. Great service! Can highly recommend.

Is always so polite and considerate of what I need done, as well as asking questions and being considerate of concerns I have... such as to make sure nothing gets damaged (like rose bushes and gardens that are up against the house) The pest control has been a much needed relief, and no destroyed gardens! Highly recommend!
